Cramps and bleeding
Round 5 weeks pregnant.. having really bad cramps and started off today with brownish spotting that's now pinkish when I wipe.. went for a scan and bloods also today which were 2280 hgc and and there was a sac and egg yolk but still no baby.. could this be a miscarriage
