My birth story! ❤

Brianna

I went in at 39 weeks on November 9th to be induced. It took forever for them to get paperwork and other things done before they got things started. I was able to get my epidural before they broke my water at 3:30pm and they wanted to see how I would progress without pitocen first. Waited about an hour and they barely gave me any pitocen around 4:30pm. I went from 5cm to 7cm in 30 minutes and my nurses told me that they were going to take their lunch and jokingly told me to keep my legs shut until they got back. Haha Literally 5-10 minutes after they went to lunch, I started to feel a lot of pressure like I had to push. I called the nurse that was taking place for my other nurses and she checked me and I was fully dilated! They got everything ready and my other nurses came in

because they wanted to be there for my delivery. By this time it was 5:20-5:25 and I start pushing! My baby boy was out at 5:30 and I was so happy because I didn't tear this time like I did with my other 2 and knew my recovery was going to be easy! Grey Daniel Whorton was 6lbs 8oz and 18in. He was the smallest of all three kids! I chose to be induced because I had my other 2 kiddos quickly so I'm glad I went to get induced. My nurses were amazing and I had such a great experience delivering my 3rd and last child! He is absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier. ❤❤❤
