So unfortunately I am currently on my period this week just started yesterday. I wanted to try to use the basal thermometer message when trying to conceive and I wanted to see you prior to buying if anybody had any recommendations or tips and have use this method before with it working

Anything will be really helpful we've been together almost 8 years and I want to have a baby so badly with him it's just never happened I've had one miscarriage and I really want to make it work this month into December.
