Help please 🙄🙄

I got my period on the 12th of this month according to glow it was 2days early. My period was lighter then my normal periods and only lasted for 2days the 3rd day was just pink spotting. My periods usually last 4-5days and is usually heavy. Took a pregnancy test today and came out negative. I’m confused about what’s going on and would love your opinions.Thank you😊
