vaginal pain after sex

so last night me and my man had sex then went to sleep, we were both laying down, anyways after that when I wole up this morning for work I didnt quite get up yet, but I had really really REALLY bad vaginal pain, like the walls inside.. can someone please explain what that could mean? also I'm ovulating today..

please help.
