Pap smear concerns

Ok y’all so I got a Pap smear done about 2 days ago and they told me I’d be spotting a little bit because of irritation to my cervix but I’m bleeding like I’m on my period and my period isn’t suppose to start until another 10 days. I’m also experiencing sharp pains and horrible cramps in my lower stomach. Is this normal after a Pap smear? Or should I be concerned?
