Slimfast?

Is it okay to drink the Slim fast protein shake? I'm not looking to lose weight or replace a meal. I just don't feel like I'm getting enough calories. So it'd just be something to drink to get those extra calories.

Milk makes me sick and I need something I can do at work. Until I can get something better, do you think it'll be okay? Its just what I've got right now

You'd be better off drinking an Ensure or something designed to add calories. Or you could just have a big glass of chocolate milk!
