Implantation and other symptoms. Need help!

I had creamy ewcm on 10 and 11 dpo. When I wiped yesterday at 12 dpo I had pink spotting that last a couple seconds. It happened again today at 13 dpo. I have had acne around my chin, lips and nose. I usually don't get acne. AF is due Sunday. Does this look like implantion and when would be a good time to test?
