Just a dream ..

I had this dream that I went in to a drs appointment because I’ve been sick. Coughing, all that climate change sickness. I remember that the dr. Checked my abdomen breathing and said you’re pregnant 🤰🏻 I can hear something & yes I was pregnant in my dream 💕 it felt so real 😔 Hoping for my rainbow baby soon, my heart needs it
