Throughout this pregnancy I’ve been a huge fan of the blog Expecting Science, which looks at the real and most updated science on all things pregnancy, labour & delivery and debunks the old wives tales and myths. One article I thought many of you would like right now- about natural induction methods. Apparently the best, and only proven, option is nipple stimulation. You have to be careful with it, and really, the results restate that ultimately our babies are going to come only when they are ready too, but the article does outline why other methods are probably a waste of time.
