when should I️ retest?

Period was due Nov 9th, I️ tested on that day and got a negative. Though I️ swear I️ saw a line- it could have been an indent. But it’s now the 16th and I️ still haven’t seen AF. I️ spotted for a few days starting the Nov 6th. I️ want to test again but don’t want to waste money. I️ want the most accurate reading.

My cycles are normally 31 days, period was supposed to come nov 5, well this morning on cycle day 44, I had a small amount of brown and pink blood, pretty sure period is gonna be here later today, it sucks that my period was 11 days late and I still didn't get pregnant, I don't know what happened with my cycle this time around

If you are pregnancy your levels should be doubling every 2 days I believe, so you can retest whenever. If it’s still negative you could just be late. If you’re really worried go to your doctor to get a pregnancy test done.
