Spotting then bleeding then spotting HELP

Okay I am about 5 weeks and couple days. I had sonogram they said they didn’t find the fetal pole no baby they said could be to early. But for two weeks I have been spotting light pink and then it goes to brown then it’s a light red. It keeps switching colors. I am on shots and have to take aspirin and also progesterone could that make me bleed the way I am? Or worse having a miscarriage? What are ur thoughts? I have had two miscarriages in the past and just so so scared that’s happening again:(. Can anyone tell me there thoughts please. Thanks 🙏
