Potty training tips and tricks!

Hello mommies! I'm a stay at home mom and I absolutely adore my job but it has come time that my 3 yr old (just turned 3 in January) to get rid of the pull-ups. She's been wearing big girl panties for the past few days but given the fact that she hasn't been able to go one full day without an accident, she's back on the pull-ups. I believe she's always waiting for daddy and I to tell her when to go potty, when to wipe, etc. and I'm not sure how to really break her of that. any tips or ticks?
