Bleeding after fingering?

last night i fingered myself which isn’t something i usually do, more of a rubbing-my-clit gal, but i felt like doing it. i put two fingers in (i have skinny fingers) and when i took them out, i noticed there was blood on them. it’s not my time of the month yet, nor did it keep bleeding. i fingered myself again a little while ago, and noticed even more blood this time. i know i’m not cutting myself because my nails are trimmed. i’m a 17 year old virgin (not sure if that’s even helpful), but can anyone tell me why i’m bleeding?
