How to deal with cramps?!

Hello, girls. How do you Deal with periods cramp? I never had this, but at least 2 months, i had horrible cramps during my PMS (one week before) and dunno How to resolve! my exams are normal and i don't use pill, only condoms. sugestions?

Heating pads work, or you can fill a clean sock with rice and microwave it and that helps too. The salon pas patches or icy hot helps the backache from the cramps. Alternate ibuprofen and Tylenol. Hot bath or shower is nice. A lot of people say orgasms help, which I have not found to be the case for me, but it might work for you! And if you have someone around who can, have them push really hard on your lower back. You'll know when they find the spot because the pain just melts. Some people say caffeine helps but I was always told it makes it worse, so consume or avoid caffeine as it works for you.
