November 6th

So just wanted to update everyone with how this pregnancy is going so most of you know I lost about 20lbs with Carson and I was sick. Well this time around I have hyperemesis gravidarum which is severe morning sickness so I’m 100x worse this time around and I have lost about 15lbs already. I had to go to the hospital on the 19th so that wasn’t fun. I had went about 3 days without eating because I couldn’t keep anything down. I’m on 3 different types of medicine to basically help me eat and keep it down. I’m worse feeling in the afternoon and night. The one thing that pisses me off is when people say “it’s a part of it” well let me tell you what I have is not normal and is rare to have. Other than being miserable and sick I’m doing ok.

So update I called my dr on Tuesday because I couldn’t keep anything down and so they wanted to see me, so I go in today and I was severely dehydrated they almost sent me home but because of how miserable I was they said no you’re going to get fluids (second time getting fluids this pregnancy). So I get done with one bag and I could go home if I didn’t have any keytones in my urine well I had a very high amount so another bag of fluids and after that bag I still had keytones so I had to have a half bag and that cleared it up. I got pretty upset in the dr office because everything that I’m taking is all they can do to help me. I am waiting on my insurance company to let me know if I’m approved for a zofran pump which is going to suck but whatever it takes to have a healthy baby and momma I’m good with. Here’s to hoping for the light at the end of the tunnel...
