Today I’m 7 weeks and 6 days pregnant.

Today I also found out that I have a super rare thing that’s in my blood. I apparently have an extra chromosome and even though my parents told me for the second time in my life, I’m worried. Whatever this thing is, it’s not in my brain and it’s not in my heart, my parents had me tested when I was 12 for it and knew I could live a regular life as long as I was healthy. But now that I’m pregnant, they tell me, because it might be in my ovaries, so this extra chromosome might go into my baby as well. And for those of you who don’t know, I may have a child with Down syndrome because of this extra chromosome. I mainly want to bring awareness, because it’s a super rare condition and only covers 17% of my blood, so although it’s low, it’s still possible that I could transfer it, or may have a health problem in the future. If anyone knows more about this health problem, please feel free to comment, or leave some feedback. I don’t know much about this, I do know that I’m speaking to a geneticist in the morning about this. So if anyone knows anything please feel free to let me know!

I’ll post an update about what it’s called and if it’s going to effect my in the long term. And I’m sorry if this is in the wrong category but I’m not sure what this belongs in...
