Boy advice needed

Every boy I like ends up friend zone-ing me and I don’t like it but this one boy he said just friends but he flirts and also pretends he doesn’t like be but the way he acts it’s like he likes me but I’m not sure

I thinks it’s a 98% he would say no to me asking him out so I don’t want to ask and be rejected because I’m so sensitive that even when I know it’s coming it still hurts and I don’t want to feel that pain

Any advices it is dreadfully needed
