How long did you wait before telling a significant other that you loved them?

I’m just curious about what time period people wait on average in relationships. What does love mean to you? How do you know you’ve felt it?

a little less than a month. He was the fastest I've ever said it to, and the most sure I've ever been. I waited until it got to the point where I felt I was going to accidentally blurt it out if I didn't tell him soon.

It is really up to you, how does this person really make you feel... does their presence make you happier? Do you think about this person often? How about your future, are they who you want to share it with?... Things like that. 😊😊

My husband and I moved very very quick! After our first date on 04.06.17 we were quite literally inseparable! He basically moved in and I ended up pregnant just a few weeks or so later. I knew he was the one and by time we found out about the pregnacy we told each other I love you. I was 100% sure he was the one and as hard as losing the baby was on us it pulled us together and he preposed shortly after. I know it moved fast between the two of us and it kinda looked like a shotgun wedding but we are full commited to each other and he is so so good to me! So on October 22, 2017 we had the most beautiful wedding on the beach and I wouldnt trade put experience for the world!

Ideally I wait about 6-8 weeks. Every man I’ve been with has told me they loved me first though. Half the time I wasn’t ready yet so I told them they’d have to wait to hear me say it until I was absolutely sure I mean it.
