My husband and I had plans to donate to the pet shelter and buy gifts for a child/children in need this year. Well, we just went in to get our vehicles registered and his truck needed an inspection..... Well his truck failed the inspection. We had $300 saved up to take care of both vehicle's. We went a little above that and dug into our savings to get it fixed. Well, while they were fixing it, it broke further, so we had to dig into savings even more and went to about $600 for everything. We now have no money for donating and I am really upset about it. I was so excited... 😭
