Hi. Has anybody got like no symptoms atal other than slightly tired? I’m 5 weeks and other than a missed period and positive test I haven’t a single symptom. I had a missed misscarried with twins in July but only found out at 12 week scan. In that pregnancy I was sick from 4 weeks constant with tended breasts. But this time there is nothing. Live in the UK so they don’t offer scanning Untill 12 weeks, and Doctors surgery doesn’t confirm the pregnancy, if you have a positive test they don’t check again. Midwife on 6/12. X
