When to drink my Gatorades

Okay so this might be stupid but I have a ultrasound today and they said to drink 32 oz of fluid before hand. does that mean 32 oz of fluid that morning or 32 oz of fluid right before I get there ???

You just need a very full bladder. 24 oz of water an hour before should sufficient.

The directions I got was, start 1 and a half hours before. Finish with in 30 minutes. But I was then told once I got there I didn't need to do that😥
