Has any one done the wedding ring test? Gender test?

My friend is 26weeks pregnant and hasnt found out the gender yet so she done a wee wedding ring test and it came out that she is having a boy.
  Has anyone ever done this with their pregnancy and it came out right? 
   Ino it's only a 50/50 chance but just curious, I'm not really a believer in things like this, but curious! 🤔

I just tried it. Held it via thread the first time, tied the thread to my piano bench and laid under it the second hahaha...but I wanted to see if it would still sway the same way without me holding it. Both said boy! Will be interesting to find out if it’s accurate or not,  three and a half weeks to wait!

I did it over my wrist and my belly and both times it spun around and swung in a circle. I did it a million times because i kept thinking the thread was just twisted, but every time I moved it away it stopped. 
Old wive’s tale, yes, but I’m sure hoping for a girl.

Hang a wedding ring over your belly with a bit of thread or strand of hair and sit still, if it sways up and down it's a boy and if it goes in a circle it's a girl

I did every single gender test and it all said girl and I had a boy!! I peed in baking soda 5x said girl, bought that expensive gender test said girl, did the ring test, did the Chinese zodiac thing, I even put all my brother and sisters kids in the zodiac thing to see if it was accurate and it all was accurate but mine wasn’t!!

i did the pee and baking soda. did it for my first baby ( if it fizzes alot its a boy)  got that correvt i jave a 1yr son. did it for my second pregnancy ( currently 24 weeks, dosent fizz at all to nothing its a girl) got that correct.

I just tried it! It moved in a definite circle. I stopped it dead still and it did the same again.. I know my baby is a girl so it worked for me!
