Teething?

Does this look like my son is teething? 
He hasn’t napped longer than 10 mins the past 2 days..  he’s sleeping fine, but he’s been super cranky during the day . FTM so i’m not sure what to look for... he’s drooling a lot and eating hands too.

Our doctor said my son was pre teething at his 2 month check up. She said he's allowed to chew on his hands. He's now 15 weeks and we bought him teething pacifiers etc but he prefers his hands or the reg sooth pacifier

Doesn’t look like it to me. Babies naturally start drooling more around this time and they discover their hands, which is why they’re constantly in their mouths.

My pediatrician laughed me out of the room for suggesting my 3 month old might be teething... I know it's possible but for him it turned out to be reflux

My son also drools a lot and sucks on his hands. Are those signs of teething?

I feel like I am in a similar position, and my son is constantly bringing my hand into his mouth and gnawing down on it. However, I feel like his gums have looked the same way since birth (much like your son’s in the picture). 
It’s very possible that he’s teething... and the worst part is those symptoms can last a couple of months before any teeth break through! 😬 
Trying giving him a cold washcloth or frozen teether to chew on and see if it gives him some relief.
