Tiny red bumps on my 2wk old 😰😔

Hello all! My beautiful baby girl is almost 3 weeks old and has these red bumps on her face :( We went to her doctors on Tuesday and they said it was normal "baby acne", but this just looks excessive.

It is on her neck and ears as well as her face. It is freaking me out. I just want to make sure my baby is okay. Here are some photos to reference.
