TTC after multiple losses... advice/experience?!

I am cross here. I had an early MC in July at 4 weeks no reason known. In October I had my second loss, a D & C at 9 weeks via blighted ovum. I am now 5 weeks past my D & C and certain I am ovulating. I want to try again now pretty bad, I've always dreamt of a Christmas announcement (family only) and my spirit isn't broken. Even dreamt of Christmas announcement before I had my losses. I was a vegetarian those two losses & started eating meat again. My progesterone was low last pregnancy at 8.5 and my ob thinks taking baby aspirin may be a good idea because my bloodclotting disorder test came back almost positive but not quite. My biopsy came back normal and if the pregnancy stuck I would've had a healthy baby. I have a healthy 3 year old & so eager to give him a brother or sister. My one dr thinks I should wait & another said studies show a higher chance of a healthy live birth conceiving shortly after a D & C.
