Semen analysis

We are doing IVF early next year so we had a repeat semen analysis since the last one will be a year old when we do IVF. The doctor said we most likely won’t do ICSI since the previous morphology was fine. But when i asked for the results of the recent semen analysis today she said they didn’t have the morphology yet because it takes two weeks for that part. I’m confused because why is that taking so long? Are they analyzing something different? The numbers were 49 million, I guess per ML but she didn’t give an ML. And 56% motility. I would love some advice about this.
