I have been reading birth stories and now its my turn to share mine. first of all i want to mention that it was not easy for me as after my sons birth via emergency c section in 2010 i had a complete molar pregnancy (2011) then in 2015 was diagnosed with endometriosis for which i had a laparoscopy in 2016 followed by a early miscarriage in August. i got pregnant in march again and in this pregnancy had bleeding three episodes 6weeks, 12 weeks and 15 weeks. After all this background which i have mentioned just to give hope to ones having issues like me i will come to the point the birth story.I had an appointment with my midwife on 15th and i mentioned to her increased swelling on right leg and pain as well my blood pressure which was normal earlier turned out to be 161/86. the bloody show had started from 14th so she sent me to the hospital for getting checked i was having braxton hicks as well but not close enough to be considered contractions. in order to monitor my blood pressure and suspicion of clot they kept me for the night after my family left 9:30 onwards tje pains became painful but still were not very close together. on the doctors instructions i was given blood thinning injection to prevent clotting if any she mentioned that due to this i wouldn't be able to get an epidural if i went in labor within 24 hours. as the night went by i started having contractions closer and intense. At 4 o clock i went to use the toilet and saw a clot of blood i called the midwife to see as i was fearing placental abruption due to which i had had a previous c-section she said nothing to worry in show there may be small clots now she for the first time checked me and to her and my surprise i had been 7cm dilated. i called my husband and asked him to come and was shifted to labor ward i couldn't have epidural but i was making the best use of gas and air. the contractions were close together and intense now. i was 9 cm dilated by 7 o clock but my waters were in tact the dr broke my waters and as soon as i reached 10 cm she asked me to push she said that i couldn't take the risk of pushing for long time due to previous c-section.at 10 o clock the dr said that they would try suction cup for delivery and an episiotomy might be done and if i manage to push well the baby will be delivered if it doesn't work they would preform a c-section. i was heartbroken after all the pain i was going to have a csection as well as an episiotomy i was transferred to bigger room and asked to push whenever felt contraction i gave birth to my daughter at 10:44 am they gave me general anaesthesia to deliver the placenta and i was given stitches. still in hospital recovering due to 2.5 liters of blood loss and temperature had

blood and iron transfusion. but when i look at my beautiful daughter i just want to thank Allah introducing Pariza born weighing 3.51 kg. Sorry for a long post
