I'm 14 weeks pregnant and some days I throw up so much to the point where I can't even keep water down. I feel nothing coming up anymore but my body just keeps trying to vomit and it starts to hurt. Any tips?

Happened to me. Try taking small sips of water to stop the throwing up reflex. If you can't keep water down for a day then you should get checked out as you can easily become dehydrated and may need an IV for fluids.

Also try pedialyte ice Pops. They hydrate you and are easier to keep down than drinks. At least for me.
