I have had mine for a while, and I love being able to get all the info about my cycles, temps, sleep patterns, mucus tracking, ovulation, etc. My sleep has not changed at all with it and pairing it with my iPhone 6 has not been a problem at all. I personally think the app is wonderful, because I have never been someone who is good with remembering to temp.
