So I’m asking this for my cousin cuz he doesn’t have anyone who can give him advice on this and idk myself what I would do if I were him.

So he likes this girl but he has no classes with her or anything. The only time he sees her is sometimes at parties and he will sometimes talk to her. He’s wondering how he can start talking to her and potentially ask her out after he gets to know her better? Any ideas?
