Help please

IHave had 2 ectopic oregnancies my last one was around march and we are now TTC we have been trying for 3 months and this month we hope its the one my period is sopposd to come the 23-27 around those days and i am experiencing really bad pelvic pain it hurts but only when i walk idk if i should go to the e.r or what i should do it just feels like im full of air idk please someone help
