okay.. so yesterday, i went to planned parenthood to take my first pill to start the abortion process. around 4 today, i took the second dose (4 little pills) and so far, it's been kind of rough. nothing abnormal, just wasn't what i was expecting. have any ladies here ever had an abortion, and what did you do to help with your symptoms? i'm taking ibuprofen, and i have a heating pad, but so far, this sucks. which, i know it isnt supposed to be a walk in the park, but surely there's something to make it more bearable? i'm so used to using tampons, so this whole 'no tampons' thing is especially really rough!!

any tips or advice would be much appreciated.
