I have a 30 ml cup menstrual cup that I just started using and have had to emty it 6 times today, each time it was more than halfway full. I read online that anything more than 60 ml in a whole period is abnormally heavy. I bled 80-90 ml in less than 24 hours. My period is not heavier than usual, I have always been like this. I guess I never knew it was any different than anyother person. It is only like this the first 2 days of my cycle. Before I got my menstrual cup I would bleed through a super tampon and an overnight pad on my heavy days. Sould I go to the doctor or no because it has always been this way?
