Lasting rash

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I've had these rashes on both of my underarms for about two months now. I thought that it was a new deodorant that was causing it and it partly was so I switched back to my old one. Now even with my old one they will occasionally itch and continue to look like this. I've tried everything! Slathering Vaseline, even special rash cream! Does anyone have any suggestions on what this might be or how to help it?
