What does this mean?

Hello beautiful ladies! Past couple of my posts were about my frustration with clear blue all it shows me is flashy smile today it's day 11. I bought another pack to continue testing

But I came across these test strips I've attached. I took one yesterday which is the top one and the bottom one today. What are you thoughts? you see anything...i can't even anymore 😒
