Implantation? TMI pic

I got my shot on June 1st so it stopped being effective in September. I haven’t had a period since. Exactly a week ago I did the deed unprotectedly. I’ve had light cramping the past two days. And now this?? I don’t know if it’s implantation bleeding or what? Any help is appreciated :)
