I recently had my nexplanon removed after having it for 6 months. Last year in May I conceived after “trying” for 2 months.. my boyfriend and I lost our baby in April and it tore us apart. Anyways... after I got off my nexplanon I got my regular period back right away, after 3 days. I had cramps, something I never had with my periods before. Can this mean that my fertility is back the way it could have been before?
