touchy subject- abortion pill

i found out i was pregnant the other day. im not exactly too sure how far along i am but i know i wouldn't be any further along than 6 weeks max. has anyone taken the abortion pill? what was it like? ive been through a natural misscarrige before. what is the doctors visit like? im so scared of how the doctors visit will go.. will i get the pills right then and there or will they give me a prescription and send me to the chemist?
