Hi there. Does anyone else have one boob that constantly leaks and soaks the nursing pad pretty frequently? I'm a new mom and in the beginning, I had a hard time feeding from my right because my nipple is a little flat. He eventually got the hang of it and both my breasts were filled with so much milk, evenly, and I constantly had to pump. But because it was extra harder to feed from my right, my nipples were way more damaged than the left to where I just couldn't bear it anymore so I just kept feeding from my left only and pump my right.. Now, embarrassing to say, my left is always bigger and fuller than my right. My right still fills with milk but doesn't look full or big like my left.. It looks and feels as if there's no milk at all, but that's bc my boob is constantly leaking and soaking my nursing bra instead. I've been trying to feed occasionally from my right but because it's always leaking, my baby doesn't get full so have to continue feeding with my left in the same feeding. This is embarrassing for me because one boob is way bigger than the other, but also as my baby is growing, he's eating way more which in the beginning he was already eating so much! It's rare that I pump now too! =( From either boob! I'm stressed out. I'm afraid I'm not producing as much as before. I don't want to start using formula. I feel like I messed everything up since I decided to feed from only one side.. I didn't think all this would happen. Please help. Any advice on what I can do to produce more milk? And how to stop my right boob from constantly leaking and soaking the pad? (FYI my baby is 2 months and 1 wk old) thanks loves!
