Tww can anyone help with what dpo I am?

This tww is gonna go sooooo slow! I'm not quite sure when I would have ovulated but I got a peak on the cbfm on cd14 and cd15 and this was my opk on cd14 and cd15, 15 is at the top and 14 is at the bottom, trying to work out how many dpo I am..... And to top it all I think I have a urine infection, peeing constantly and it's tingly lol best way to describe it so I'm downing the cranberry juice! ​​
