Wearing black leggings under jean shorts... 🙄 I don't miss this trend. I always thought it looked so ugly. 😂

My cousin still wears these. She has severe eczema so her legs are super scarred and she's too self conscious to wear dresses, shorts, etc without covering her skin with either leggings or tights 🤷‍♀️

that was the transition trend to just wearing leggings as pants. it was a trend when I was a preteen and my parents wouldn't let me wear just leggings
