I’d like to hear any tips, tricks and recommendations on how you prevent BV from returning? I’ve been with my current boyfriend for about a year and I’ve had it a couple of times now. TMI: Seems like I get it more so when he finishes inside me frequently. (Yes I’ve been on birth control for years- no need for anyone to preach safe sex🙂)

Any how- I already do the basic ‘going to the restroom and showering after sex’. Am I just the unlucky one or is there more I could be doing to prevent this wicked infection from returning?
