BBT Rise After O
This is my first month charting and I am struggling a bit with the BBT. It did dip when I believe I ovulated around CD17, however after the dip CD19 and 20, it increased and is still holding steady around my pre-dip temps. My question is, what is considered a rise in BBT after ovulation?
