Help! Confused!!
So I am now 2 days late for AF and yesterday I had light spotting (bright red/little clots) throughout the day and mild cramps. After my evening shower, the bleeding had faded and now completely gone.
Just wondering if this is due to stress/implantation bleeding/ or even a sign that my period is starting?
Currently no discharge but mild cramps and tender breasts. ☹️ please help!
