No appetite!?

I’m 5 weeks and 1 day and I have absolutely no appetite at all ): does anyone know when it will come back or has anyone had similar experiences?

I've been the same for weeks now, I'll have like one time a day when I finally can get food down. Exercise helps for me, it's the only time I'm not nauseous.
