Please help! TMI

Okay ladies, so I’ve never had a period like this in my whole life. I️ had an MC in June but have had four normal periods since. This “period” was 32 days instead of 28-30, is light pink and can’t even fill up a tampon. It’s been like this for three days now and I️m not sure wether I️ should go to the doctor about it. I️ took three pregnancy tests Sunday/monday of this past week and all read negative??

Does anyone know what could be wrong?
