Tylenol during pregnancy?

I've been having horrible toothaches, starting around the 7th of November. I have an appointment at the dentist this Monday, since I'm finally out of my first trimester. But I've been taking Tylenol almost every day since the 7th because the pain is just horrible. (Tooth pain is the worst pain!). I only take one, instead of the recommended two, but everyone tells me I shouldn't be taking it. Should I be worried?
