Sleep training
Alright y'all so I committed to gently sleep training my son, last night he fell asleep sooooo easy, but then was up basically every 20-30 mins after 2am (was having trouble sleeping through transition since I wasn't right next to him) so needless to say we both slept like 💩 so my question is, with gentler techniques do I need to commit fully to ALL sleep situations, including naps? Or still nap with him until our nights are better then move to naps? Cause I do know that good naps=good night time sleep. So if anyone knows or has advice I'd much appreciate it! Thank you 😊 I'm a FTM and my son is 11 months.
