Should I be concerned, I’m ten month pp and breastfeeding and my period returned about 5 days ago, I thought it was nearing its end, but I am all of a sudden gushing blood, so much bright red and passing huge clots, an inch and bigger in size...had about 3 episodes of this in the past 5 hours...just totally soaking though the biggest pads and then more in the toilet.. so sorry for tmi..

Should I go in to the dr is this normal for a returned period? it’s totally freaking me out...
